Aha the pictures of Ana in the fire will give Christina away that it was revenge and not an accident!!! I figured at first there would be no proof but how can 2 pictures jump off the wall and onto a table! Also I don't think that's the original red dress that Ana wore. I thinks it's a copy. Rita was working on a model that was a red dress. I think she was working on a copy and others that were similar. After watching part 2 with subtitles I can't believe that Christina thought they were still married!!!! WTF she is so delusional! But I wonder if her thinking that way is that important to the last episode? Not only the Rita thing, but that Cristina started the fire with a sketch of the dress. I don't think it was the real dress either. I understood a lot when watching in Spanish so most of the Cristina thing was the same with the subs. It really just continued with what she said in his funeral episode. She thought of herself as his widow then and that she was having his baby. She also told Barbara she always believed he would come begging for forgiveness. In her mind all these things became reality when she found out he was alive, so it wasn't a surprise. One thing I couldn't believe was when Alberto asked her IF she was crazy? Seriously does he have to get hit over the head with a sledgehammer to realize she's been crazy for years? Would anyone show up to the airport and do what she did if she were sane? She was insane when he was still around in S3. By mentioning Ana, he just provoked her further. I did did laugh a bit about Jonas having to look the part of a designer considering all the talk we've had here about Ana's dressing. Too bad they didn't bother to take Ana's wardrobe and designs up a notch or 10. I noticed Cristina was kind of frumpy when she was in the airport, usually I see her impeccably dressed. May be she was just so intoxicated with the idea of Alberto coming back to her life. She is insane alright but not insane enough to be vengeful with Ana and forgiving Alberto as long as he is back with her. I also notice in the preview of Ep.11 Barbara was trying to ask her "what was wrong". I hope setting fire to Velvet by Cristina should be something wrong with her. Lots hole to fill in the next episode I am not sure they can do it, on the other hand who cares as long as Alberto is back and Ana is marring him. In the next preview it also indicated that Ana, Rita and Clara will be together the last time, does that mean Ana is moving away?

Thank you VV and Alfi! You guys are wonderful!❤️😘😘
I just watched part 2 of episode 10 twice✌️and I loved it. This episode was epic. The writers and actors did not disappoint. It was so nice to see Ana and Alberto reunited. Loved Jonas and Raul scenes. Jonas looked so handsome. Christina did go there, tisk, tisk, tisk. I can't say I can't believe she did that, but I will say I can't believe she put her daughter through that. My how the mighty have fallen, she totally humiliated herself. I am so glad Alberto shot her down and didn't play along with her sceam. He was sweet, polite and honest to Cris which I admired, he also did not sugar coat things with Christina which I'm glad. I'll bet she didn't see that coming. When Alberto told her "I'm here for Ana" I was like, yes! You have to be blunt with Christina, there is no other way to communicate with her. When Alberto asked her was she crazy, he had no idea because he is unaware of just how crazy she really is. He is not aware that she tried to kill Ana and his unborn child.
This episode was surpurb and left me satisfied and wanting more. It really was like one of the posters said, like Velvet season 1. I cannot wait until next week to see how it all ends. I am going to miss this series which has become like an addiction for me. I will probably go through withdrawals. Lol, just kidding😜. I am going to miss it though and thats a fact.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU. That was very exciting -- and it felt like the first real episode of Velvet this season. It was the episode we have all been waiting for!! Thank you. You are right before this episode every other episode seems like fillers and waste of time. But this episode seems like a real Velvet story. I think it is because the joy and pain this two characters (Ana and Alberto) created for the viewer. Raul's joy of hearing Alberto's voice and Clara couldn't wait till Mateo gets there. Ana's pain was palpable when she said "why is this happen to us?" In the hospital. It was suppose to be a joyful occasion and almost turn out to be a tragedy . Can't wait to see the next one.

VV and Alfi...thank you for all the good work. So having rewatched with English subtitles..I must say the Airport scene was brutal!!When the child called Alberto papa..he glared at Cristina his eyes were shooting daggers at her..😂.He was kind to the kid but truthful...but then his parting shot to Cristina drove her to the deep end..*I came for Ana*!That did it for her..She promised him,he will never be happy...my alarm bells went off..it should for Alberto too.Cristina habours a jealous vindictive rage against Ana..that can't be controlled..She could have set any part of velvet store on fire..but she targeted the workshop the heart of velvet..That's where the business happens, orders are taken for clothes to be sown and materials stored..It also houses Ana's accomplishments and awards...but most of all Ana and Alberto son sleeps on that floor...Ana's family lives there people live there. Not just Ana,including Alberto she targeted both of them..her third strike in her failed attempt to kill Ana..first she pushed pregnant Ana down the stairs, then the scissors attack and now the fire(all forms of attempted murder).. Again she stole Ana's thunder..Ana was going to introduce Alberto to their son..as a surprise!only to walk in to find the place on fire and their son missing. But Ana's belongings in the fire will be a dead give away..that this was all Cristina. Enrique needs to track little cris father, hand over the child to him.Commit his sister to a psychiatric ward for treatment..and don't let her out.She is not going to stop, she promised and threatened Alberto at the airport..and she indeed kept that promise. And she isn't done yet...

I still wonder if A/A will stay in Madrid. All signs point to yes, but I'm not 100% convinced. The show went off course this last season, but Alberto always wanted to leave with Ana. Maybe they do for a while and come back. I just don't get how the live footage would work though. I do see Alberto getting the store back, but Mateo needs a job lol I would sort of hate Mateo back to being an assistant director after he was basically editor of the magazine. He lied to Alberto too and said he got fired for coming to find him instead of the real reason of featuring Ana. The same thing I hate whenever they are together is the kids. Not even the fact that it's so wrong from the parental perspective, but that they make them behave in a very unrealistic way. I don't think a 6 yr old would know enough to lie to her mother about wanting to see dresses so she could hang with another kid. Then AJ demanding a kiss before he gave her the plane and telling his mom Cris was the most beautiful girl. These are things a 40 year old might say, not grade schoolers. Their scenes always come off as creepy and contrived. Innocently playing is one thing, but that kind of dialogue is ridiculous and not cute at all. I thought A/A as kids were a it much but this has been far worse. You can tell that the show has an agenda and it really doesn't work, especially now with Cristina. Interesting how MAS described filming the reunion scene as technical and awkward. It's interesting learning about what really goes on during filming.

Mateo didn't lie to Alberto about his getting fired..one thing these two don't do is lie to each other. .he said and I quote."I got fired before coming to look for you"And when Alberto buys velvet back..Mateo will not be jobless. .Not while Alberto is in Madrid. .As for Alberto moving away with Ana...I don't see them moving out of Spain..they may relocate to another city and buy a house. .I don't see him moving his family to NYC. .where all his former clients will be purring his name at every corner of NYC. .I don't think their marriage can withstand all that mess. .I am convinced they will remain in Spain...run velvet and the fashion world and build a family. Ana talking to Rita and Clara may have meant getting married to Alberto. ..means relocating somewhere in Spain..with family life and her no longer living in the workplace. .they may not see each other as often as they want.. I hate the storyline between the kids.nothing cute, they are making the little girl seem to be a tiny bit obsessed with little Aj. .reminds me of her mother. .always wanting to be around the boy..and the kissing thing just not working. The MAS interview. ..is understandable. .having not seen Paula in a while .jumps into a kissing scene with her must be awkward and technical. ..but that didn't come off on the screen. .so good job on the actors part.

If they are planning to do a spin-off with the kids as grown-ups, Alberto Jr will be a heart-breaker if at five he is already asking for a kiss in the cheek while making magic tricks to impress the beautiful lady on his mind, and Cris will be a good and beautiful girl but with a vengeful purpose, probably helping her mother to destroy the Marquez family. It was already established that young Alberto will do anything for conquering Cris once they grow up, and if his mother was playing to be married at ten, he asking for a kiss in the cheek at five is not creepy.

I llove the other actors too and wouldn't take anything away from any of them, however, I feel that Alberto is the heavy weight of the show. I didn't know how much I missed him until his return. He has so much charisma on screen and his presence brings life to the show. I think I would feel the same way if Ana left the show for an extended period of time. If the series decides to do a spinoff, I would like both A/A to to be included. If the spinoff is about the kids grown up, I like the idea but again; I would like to see meaningful appearences from Ana and Alberto.

The magazine firing Mateo for making the right business decision for the magazine was a mistake on the owners part. I would like to see the magazine come to Mateo to beg his forgiveness for firing him for doing his job. A nice twist could be:
1.) The story about Ana's readywear was huge and sold more copies of the magazine than expected, which exceeded the amount of money Marco offered the magazine to run his story.
2.) Since Mateo ran that story, the magazine sold out everywhere with the young women looking for where to buy Ana's readywear or other women who heard about the story looking to purchase a copy of the magazine to find out about what they heard about readywear. Also since firing Mateo, sells are down..
3.) I think Mateo working away from Velvet would add a little flavor to the story line instead of Mateo coming back as assistant director.

Yeah, I just rewatched the part where Mateo told him about his firing and he did say he got fired before he came to find him. I read it too fast the first time. As for the kids, it is creepy to me and they are trying too hard. They are soooo mature. I thought A/A was sometimes over the top in their younger scenes too. Mateo needs to end with another top level job. He was pretty big at the magazine, so anything else would be going backwards.
Camille- to address your point 3, the show's over, so as far as storylines go, if he worked elsewhere, it wouldn't have any effect.
I read that the fire was symbol of the end of C/A story and the rain was basically the tears of A/A reuniting, I saw it more as a rebirth. So I'm pretty sure Cristina really is done, unless they bring the show back or have a spin-off. I agree no MAS = no show. He was always the heartbeat of Velvet and truthfully they won't allow anyone else to step up and shine as much. I'm thinking Marco, who was really a waste in the end.

I'm thinking that they brought in Marco in case MAS couldn't come back to Velvet. There was that scene in season 3 after the scissor attack that Marco was concerned about Ana's well-being and when Christina wanted her fired after they found out Ana was pregnant he refused. Carlos would still have been involved but fighting Marco instead. Then Carlos finds out that Marco has a fiancé in Italy and could have caused problems. The ratings would not have been as good because MAS was not involved. This season totally surprised me...I wish we knew what made him turn against Ana. Did it start when Ana went to him to fight the changes in the workroom? Or did the Orteges rub off on him? I watched a little bit of the series MAS was in with Amaia (Barbara) where he played the part of "el duque". He just gave off this aura of sexiness and even though he was a gangster he was very gentle with her. I would have watched it more but I couldn't find a sub titled version. I am hesitating when it comes to watching him in Sense8. I want to see him in a romantic series again or a romantic movie. Now that he's back I wish they could have done a couple more episodes with him in it. As for using the "grownup" kids in a spinoff I wouldn't mind seeing that just as long papa Alberto shows up now and again. You've all said that Cris would be like her mom coming to avenge her mother. But what if she sees how pathetic her mother has become because of what she did and becomes the opposite of her mother. That scene in the airport was frightening for the little girl and the way she backed up just shows she's embarrassed. She visits Velvet out of curiosity and runs into Alberto Jr. He falls for her but she is too ashamed to let him know who she is.
