This is Adele conjecturing/speculating about Alberto and his diary:I found hundreds of pages in which Don Alberto undressed to unburden himself with that woman; Ana Ribera.
There it was the great magnate wound. His Achilles heel, his great weakness. Everything was referred to her
and addressing her. His life had no sense if it was not with her, but possibly that cathartic exercise that permitted
