Try the episodes at this link -- VV (the board admin here) created these versions with the subtitles ON the video (so it's not an option you have to select -- they just appear). You will see Episode 4 Part 1 is listed: fyeahgranhotelandvelvet.tumblr.com/post/138181442682/velvet-season-3-english-subtitles-mobile-friendlyWhen you click the Episode 4 Part 1 link and it asks for a password, type velvet3.
