I just finished watching the last episode of Season 4 of Velvet on Artesplayer and the Netflix version has a lot of scenes missing. After Alberto and Ana leave the hospital (Rita passed out in church and was rushed to hospital), the Netflix version picks up with Ana and Rita in a white Rolls Royce, Ana is blindfolded with yet, a different wedding dress than the one she had on earlier that day, and is getting ready to walk down the aisle to be married. (It's actually an outside location that has been decorated with flowers and lanterns. Compliments of Raul, I'm sure.) Emilio walks her down the path to where the priest is waiting to marry them. The Artesplayer version shows Emilio, Pedro, Znateo, Raul, Clara and Alberto in a beautiful mansion. The bride is getting dressed with the help of Rita and Clara. Of course, Raul makes sure Ana's dress and veil are perfect. Mateo and Alberto drink a champagne toast - just the two of them. Artesplayer does not show English subtitles, so I don't know anything that was said starting with their arrival at this gorgeous mansion. One of the most touching scenes that was cut out of the Netflix version was when Alberto leaves the mansion to get married, he calls to Ana and she comes out on the balcony - in a very loud voice he says, "Ana Rivera, te quiero". He says something else before this but I don't speak Spanish so it was lost to me... it isn't until Ana and Rita arrive at the site where the marriage will take place, that Netflix version starts with subtitles. What a disappointment it was edited this way. Since this was the prelude to when the wedding was finally taking place, this is a vital part of the story line.

Yes I noticed that too. I believe they spaced it like that because what was on the TV show, went live. That's what was missing. I agree it did take away from the episode on Netflix. It might have come down to a timing thing.

Yes it seems they cut off that part because those scenes were actually filmed live in Spain and so I think most of it was adlibbed. It's a shame but I do have that part subbed if you would like to watch it

I just watched the entire Season 4 this week in USA with subtitles. I can not for the life of me understand the wedding dress change & the addition of a veil at the second wedding site. All other wedding guests are dressed the same (Rita, Clara, etc) This was my only real issue.

I finally finished watching season 4 since it was added to Netflix. So disappointing that they cut all those important scenes about the final wedding. It makes no sense how they ended up in yet another location with another dress. The whole 4th season in general was disappointing and let so much unexplained. I'm hoping Velvet Collection will be better.

Aside for the wedding dress change, Ana's hair is also long in the evening wedding, even though just earlier that day it was short. Is there an explanation for this I missed because I watched the Netflix version, or is it just another loose end or filming error?

I was so disappointed - I’m glad I’m not the only one! how does Anna have short hair and all of a sudden in long hair?? I did t mind the dress change- it was a better dress and veil anyways. I thought the balcony scene was a dream sequencedream

I just learned that Netflix is removing all seasons of Velvet from Netflix as of March 1 2020. Apparently the contract with the producers is up in March. I will be bingeing for the next two weeks. Gotta see it one more time.

Netflix has brought back Velvet, I saw it in a Netflix blog. They had a uproar about it. Check it out.
