Yeah, I'm getting the vibe that it will go darker. I like the comedic touches, Rita especially makes me howl with laughter, especially in S1&2. Even the not supposed to be funny stuff appeals to my dark, bitchy sense of humor. I remember when Cristina pretended to become nauseas and she thanked Alberto for his concern and he replied he wasn't. π³π Sinister is the perfect word to describe Pilar. I felt her words were ominous when she spoke to Caifero. I would be so disappointed if she ever got Velvet. I would like the Marquez's to keep it, but I don't know if that's going to happen. There are too many hurdles to clear for that to happen. I sometimes think that maybe the show will come full circle and they'll all let go of the past and move on with their lives. I see it for A/A for sure, the store has been both a blessing and curse for them, and probably Emilio retiring and Blanca getting a new opportunity. Patricia, I'm not too sure about. Here's to hoping ratings are strong in Spain and netflixππΌ Yeah, the show is excellent. Like most shows, it definitely has its flaws, but for the most part it's very cohesively written and well acted. I also like the sets, well the workroom and living area is drab, but the store itself is beautiful and the dresses amazing. Pilar should get a just end for all she was doing to the family. I think she is the absolute villain in Velvet, unlike Patrician, Christina or Enrique they have some redeeming quality about them. May be in the end Oxford will go out of the business.

I thought of that, Alberto being held against his will, which is possible. But I don't think Carlos would be involved though. It would be too daytime soapish, whereas this show to me is more of a drama.

We have our first picture of Adele thanks to this interview with PP. Unfortunately, the actress doesn't spill anything we didn't already know...she just repeats the information that Adele is a French designer who works at Silk in NYC and goes to Madrid to meet Ana, but there's something Ana does not know (of course, that Adele knows Alberto is alive). The article itself includes a little paragraph at the bottom that calls Adele the director of Silk (so, not just a designer who works there). Not sure if they're just speculating or if it's a bad translation or what.

She makes Cristina, Barbara and Sara look like peasants. Would he have money to build another huge company on his own? Maybe she's his business partner. Still not feeling any of these S3 hairstyles.

I also wonder about the money that Alberto got from selling his shares to Cafiero, may he use that to open the store Silk in NY. Did Patricia get her money for the 20% shares she gave to Alberto?

I was wondering about what form he got that money in. When Alberto "died" Patricia would be his next of kin and one would think she would inquire where the Caifero money is. In my mind he got cash and took it with him. Lol I think the money he got in the sale had to be used for the new business, if indeed he has one. Don't think Patricia got anything. He did her really dirty in that deal. Hopefully she got the house.

Is FT not a native speaker of Spanish? I know he's a Italian but I thought he had been working in Spain for years. Also, VV have you heard anything about FT criticizing MAS for Sense8? Somebody made a comment about it on a FB page. I can't read Spanish or Italian so I obviously had no clue how to even look for the source. It piqued my interest though. I'm curious what he says we don't know about. I feel like we don't know much in general.
