Watching the English version of the finale wouldn't have made a difference. It just wasn't the same even understanding bits and pieces of the Spanish original. Too bad this book has closed. I miss the old Velvet, the songs, and the romantic tension between Alberto and Ana. I say this because I started watching it again from the beginning, lol, after a year hiatus from last winter. "Since you've been gone" song is now a favorite of mine.  Truly a great show. It tanked after Alberto left and they tried to revive it with a spinoff of Velvet Collecion. |
