Just finished season 2. Not my fave of the Spanish shows on Netflix but the season finale was good.
I think Lidia/Alba ends up with Carlos.
I don't like her with Francisco.

I'm thinking the same. Why else would Francisco be helping her out of the car at church? So Carlos is probably waiting in the church.

Yes. Since we don't know how far a a part the scenes are filmed. My guess she does lose the baby.

Considering this is a fictional TV show, and in the interest of future plot possibilities, I hope she does lose the baby. A baby would just drag things down and limit her storylines.
