GUIDE to Watching GRAN HOTEL on NETFLIX: Season 1
Gran Hotel is back on Netflix -- yay! But you may have noticed that Netflix offers a 14-episode first season, while the original Spanish first season takes place over nine episodes. Why is that? Well, the Spanish episodes are much longer, and Netflix took the episodes and split them up into smaller chunks.
That's why when you are watching an episode sometimes things seem to build up to an exciting cliffhanger (with the exciting, dramatic music playing in the background), only for the episode to continue AFTER the point where you thought the episode was going to end. It's frustrating, but at least the show is back.
As I re-watch the show, I will (slowly) be filling out an episode guide here with pictures and summaries so you can more easily find your favorite episodes/scenes on Netflix without much trouble.
