I know I'm really loving Alberto Jr. He's a sweet and kind boy and I know he didn't get that from Carlos. Luckily it seems like he's learned nothing from Carlos even though Carlos tries to act like a father figure to him. I can't wait for him to finally meet his dad! That scene's probably going to kill me. haha Btw those of you waiting for part 1. It's finally here! I plan to have part 2 done by tomorrow night. Just one thing about your translation in this episode... when Petra opens the door to Ana, Mateo and Emilio, Concha Velasco and Jose Sacristan were reciting text from Don Quixote, you had not to translate Quixote . I think that writers were giving a nod to the pret-a-porter plot inspired a bit in Don Quixote, Ana is Don Quixota (she even asks her uncle if she is crazy), Mateo as Sancho Panza and Emilio as Rocinante, the old Don Quixote's horse, the three arriving together to a new place to follow their adventures trying to do good things and make a better world. www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYB92jGPnlg The impossible dream - Man of La Mancha.

VV posted on the board's Twitter account that she's been having internet trouble, so it'll be a bit longer for Part 2. Keep checking back here...when it's ready, she'll post a link!

I have happy feet because Part 2 of ep 4 was uploaded THANK YOU!!! My overall reaction: at seeing blindfold Ana. As we discussed before her being blindfolded was an Alberto thing..And that just made me more in despair. WHEN IS ALBERTO COMING BACK! ?? What did that lady who was going to sell the space to Ana but declined Mateo and Ana's low offer...when she saw Cristina and said she looks familiar and that she has something special ? Why does Marco want Ana to fail..what's his beef with her? And isn't it weird that everyone in charge of Velvet is against Ana? Marco, Enrique, Cristina, Patricia + Carlos. And the oddest thing is Ana has no clue that they are all working against her. She is swimming with sharks in Velvet..Mateo is her only friends in management who has her back. FINALLY Rita told Carla.

What did that lady who was going to sell the space to Ana but declined Mateo and Ana's low offer...when she saw Cristina and said she looks familiar and that she has something special ? They are aunt and niece in real life: -"tiene algo raro"/"she has something weird/odd/unusual"-. What she says is ambiguous in spanish though, because it makes only complete sense if instead of Petra who said that was Concha Velasco about her niece Manuela Velasco. Raul was the highlight of the episode for me, the scene with Jonas and the drawing board (Lemon yellow!) or later with Pedro, Jonas and Humberto were hilarious. Pedro is still embarrassing to watch, putting himself in very difficult positions while trying to do what he thinks is the best for his cousin, you know how much Marco looks down on him and he is unaware of that disdain, it's not easy to watch. Rita and Clara scenes were full of tenderness and pain and love, sigh, my favourite characters . Don Emilio and Doña Blanca are more and more the parents of everyone, maybe "their union" ends like something platonic and symbolic of this fact. Clara and Mateo scenes together make me smile like a fool, haha, now she is more invested than him (or looks like that) but i think that's going to change soon. They gave some hints about how Clara was very jealous of other women, maybe that is a big part of their separation. And Ana is the heroine of the story, and any hero needs evil villains to fight and have odds against them.

I don't know how a guy in Spain would react to what she did but in the state that is a no no . Alfi can you share your opinion please.

Marco is a piece of mierda. Christina and Carlos are pure evil and Pedro is pathetic. is there anything I missed?

Thanks for clarifying the behind the scenes info. so in essence that was a wink to the audience who know they are truly related . Ahhh. Yes Ana is the heroine of Velvet..But it's peculiar because she doesn't know all these characters are plotting against wanting to see her fail (ok with Marco she has a clue he's being difficult) I still can't figure it out...is Marco jealous of Ana or is he just plain mean? How can establishing another successful fashion line not mean more success for Velvet? Wouldn't a businessman want that? It's easy to understand Cristina's jealousy. But not getting what Enrique gains, or Patricia.
